Do you know this cat or his owner? He was handed into our vets Bridgefield Vet Surgery on Monday 26th Oct, he is extremely friendly and quite a big lad, if no owner come’s forward he will be up for adoption, he is now at the shelter with us. UPDATE: OWNER FOUND AND HAS PICKED UP 🙂

Update on our Dave
Our Dave has been put on a urinary stress free diet Hills c/d prescription food, hopefully this will help with his infections as long as he likes it, lets hope he does 😀
Missing “Treacle” since 14/10/15 Hadley/Trench area Telford
Male neutered and chipped and was wearing a black collar with a tag but this may now be missing, he is black with a short silky coat and orange/yellow eyes, he is rather timid of people and would not normally go to anyone, missed loads by the owner, any info at all good or bad please contact 07986 555 114 UPDATE: Now home limping and a scratch over his eye but safe 🙂
Update on “Little Tom”
Tom is doing very well and as you can see quite comfy, he uses his litter tray and sometimes the pad but that’s only because he sometimes can’t get his bad leg in the tray. He really is a lovely lad and certainly deserved a 2nd chance 🙂 More updates soon

Our latest on going case “Little Tom”
Little Tom was bought into our vets Bridgefield Veterinary Surgery Wem last Thursday evening, he had been missing for a week or two and was dragging his rear leg and tail, he had been involved in a RTA, he has a fractured pelvis so has to have 4/6 wks cage rest and see how he goes, he may still have to have his leg and tail amputated. The owner could not cope or have the time/money to treat and at 6mths old I could not bare the thought of such a young life being put to sleep, so we have taken him on, he’s a lovely lad and enjoy’s a fuss, he will be on pain relief for the time he is on cage rest, we have given him an incontinent sheet with litter on as well as a tray as he couldn’t use the tray at the vets so at least he has a choice 🙂 Will update with any further news but this may not be until cage rest is finished
Update on our “Dave”
Dave went for x-rays and a scan last week to make sure nothing else was going on, all fine thank goodness (hence the shaved side and tummy) he is back on antibiotics as when he finished his last lot there was still blood and protein in his urine, he seems fine in himself and we’ll see what happens when I take a further urine sample in after he finishes this lot of antibiotics, bless him 🙂

Timmy Missing from Welshpool
