FOUND Berwick Grange Shrewsbury, anyone recognize this cat? A couple moved here 2mths ago and this cat has never left their garden, very scared and may have been missing some time as the collar is extremely tight, it is an entire male (not neutered) I have lent the couple a trap so he can be neutered and to get that collar off.
