2017 was a strange year for Sleapy Cat Rescue, there was a period in time that we were more like a hospital than a rescue/re-homing centre as everyone we had in was either on prescription diets or medication because unwell, this did effect our homing figures but we still managed to re-home 59 Cats and 59 Kittens. Lets hope 2018 is a little kinder 🙂 We managed to re-unite 9 owners with there pets due to microchips which was great 🙂
Update on Fifi 21/2/14
Fi fi is doing ok ish, still badly drooling when she is lapping her prescription diet food and I have to wash her face and head twice a day as it sets like concrete, but the diet is working she went y/day for weighing and I am very pleased to say she now weighs 2.07kg, I cant wait for next week to see how much she has put on. We have got her an inflatable buster collar to stop her grooming as she is making her back legs and rear end quite sore, she has an antibacterial cream that I put on twice daily that seems to be working. Further weigh in and update next week after Thursday.
