2017 was a strange year for Sleapy Cat Rescue, there was a period in time that we were more like a hospital than a rescue/re-homing centre as everyone we had in was either on prescription diets or medication because unwell, this did effect our homing figures but we still managed to re-home 59 Cats and 59 Kittens. Lets hope 2018 is a little kinder 🙂 We managed to re-unite 9 owners with there pets due to microchips which was great 🙂
Update on Dave :-)
Dave is doing very well, he has had his yearly MOT and vaccinations and also had his nails clipped, he is still going around the garden when it’s not raining but this time of year as it’s so cold he spends most of his time in his heated sleeping area and in his heated igloo and who can blame him 🙂 We have just had another rescue pen built and attached it to “Dave’s Gaff” so they have a shared safety area, there are 4 kittens in the new pen at the moment and Dave loves to see the other cats 🙂
